This notice is in relation to the appointment of a sub-contractor under an existing GFA.

Supporting the Energy Research Office of the Ministry of Mines and Energy (EPE) to down select suitable offshore wind zones and develop their seabed concession process.

UFRJ/COPPE’s scope will be provided through fixed price [£37,900, including £4,200 for T&S to facilitate and attend workshops in Rio and Brasilia], with a team of eight specialists, aims to assist the Energy Research Office (EPE) of the Brazilian Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME) in the development and application of a robust methodology for identifying and prioritizing offshore wind areas suitable for seabed concession offering:
