The Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trustee Limited acting as trustee of the Armed Forces Covenant Fund ("the Trust") is conducting this Procurement for data collection and/or evaluation services for the "Supporting Members of the Armed Forces Community in Acute Hospital Settings" programme.     The Contractor shall undertake data collection services for the Supporting Members of the Armed Forces Community in Acute Hospital Settings programme and ensure data is collected in a standardized way across all grant holders. The Contractor shall engage directly with each of the grant holders to collect the data at regular intervals. The Contractor shall work with the Trust, and with the Contractor for Lot 2 to give them access to the data which will be collected. The Contractor will be required to undertake some analysis of the data and provide information and assistance to the Trust and the Lot 2 Contractor to enable the Lot 2 Contractor to progress with the Lot 2 Services. If required by the Trust, the Contractor may also be required to share information with NHS England and the health providers in Devolved Administrations. (defined terms in this description shall have the meaning given to them in the ITT documentation)
