What is being bought
The Service is the provision of care and support to a number of people, aged 18yrs and over, living in the community with a learning disability diagnosis. Each service user is a tenant of a registered social landlord. The properties (schemes) are Grafton House, Marlborough House and Scotia House. Each scheme comprises a small number of self-contained flats, together with communal areas and gardens.
