Coverage: 115 active published awards; 109 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

The current Modern Slavery Victim Care Contract (MSVCC) was awarded in 2020 and is due to expire in June 2025 with an option to extend for a further three years. The MSVCC enables victims’ recovery needs to be met and ensures that they are assisted to access NHS health care, legal aid, translation services, and where applicable, support to safely return to their country of origin, or a safe third country after conclusion of their National Referral Mechanism (NRM) journey. This contract supports adult victims in their recovery, alongside wider state support. The Support for Victims of Modern Slavery (SVMS) Programme has been set up to procure a successor contract to the current MSVCC. To get more information and participate in Early Market Engagement, please follow the instructions in this notice and visit the Home Office's Jaggaer eSourcing site. Additional information: Please note that the value stated in this PIN is the upper end of an approximate range that is fully set out and explained in our Early Market Engagement document that may be downloaded from the Home Office's Jaggaer eSourcing portal by following the instructions in this notice.
