Coverage: 29 active published awards; 29 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Procedure rationaleAir flow must be balanced across the original installation and the new extension. Both units must provide clean, laminar air flow to the projects they support. Using A.N. Other supplier risks the creation of turbulent flow in the existing facility as the new installer would not have Design Authority responsibility for the existing cleanroom. Creating a facility that has shared resources (air handling units, electrical distribution systems and, most importantly, air management systems). We cannot create a facility where we have to consult two DAs before taking any action to change system parameters. |
