Published requirement descriptionTeam Leidos are proud to be delivering the logistics commodities and services transformation (LCS(T)) Delivery partner contracts (LCS (T)/0001 dated 16.4.2015) on behalf of the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) (the ‘Prime Contract’). Delivery of other parts of the LCS(T) contract are delivered by Leidos Europe Ltd (LEL) and other partners (together ‘Team Leidos’). This requirement is subject to the Public Procurement Regulations and respective advertising action.
The Leidos Medical Team, which forms part of Leidos Supply Ltd, is considering the potential requirement for the supply of Battlefield Casualty Evacuation Stretchers on behalf of the UK MoD.
Team Leidos would like to make interested suppliers aware that it has awarded a tender for its supply and delivery of Battlefield Casualty Evacuation Stretchers.
Further to the tender notice issued on 19/01/2026, reference LSL/MED/0175 - The Supply of Battlefield Casualty Evacuation Stretchers (Tender Notice Number - ocds-h6vhtk-059416), Leidos Supply Ltd will award the Battlefield Casualty Evacuation Stretcher to TSG Associates LLP on a 4 year term only from 14/08/2026. The total estimated value for this Framework Agreement will be between £1,520,000 and £3,800,000, with a total length of 4 Years.

- Qualification Stage: Bidders must achieve a PASS mark for all PASS/FAIL questions in order to be deemed compliant in the Qualification stage. Failure of any of the questions may result in a Bidder’s Tender not being evaluated further, passed the point of failure.
- Technical Stage: Bidders who have successfully passed the Qualification Envelope will progress to the Technical Envelope evaluation (Stage 2). A benchmark score of 60% or higher is required for the weighted questions within the Question Set in order to be deemed compliant. Where applicable consensus of evaluators will be held, in order to establish an agreed score for responses. Failure of any of the questions may result in a Bidder’s Tender not being evaluated further, past the point of failure.
- Technical Stages - Technical Question Set and Trials: Bidders who have successfully passed the Technical Envelope (Weighted Scores) will then progress to the Technical Question Set (Stage 3). Bidders must achieve a PASS mark for all PASS/FAIL questions in order to be deemed compliant in the Technical Question Set stage. Failure of any of the questions may result in a Bidder’s Tender not being evaluated further, passed the point of failure. Bidders who have successfully passed the Technical Envelope (Technical Question Set) will then progress to the Trial: User Assessment Panel (Stage 4). Bidders must achieve a PASS mark for all PASS/FAIL questions in order to be deemed compliant in the Trial: User Assessment Panel stage. Failure of any of the questions may result in a Bidder’s Tender not being evaluated further, passed the point of failure. Bidders who have successfully passed the Trial: User Assessment Panel will then progress to the Trial: Gross Error Trial (Stage 5). Bidders must achieve a PASS mark for all PASS/FAIL questions in order to be deemed compliant in the Trial: Gross Error Trial stage. Failure of any of the questions may result in a Bidder’s Tender not being evaluated further, passed the point of failure.
- Commercial Stage: The submitted prices of any Bidders whose bids have passed all the previous phases will be assessed. Leidos Supply Limited (LSL) intends to award a minimum of one contract for this requirement. However, LSL reserves the right to award up to four contracts if necessary to ensure full coverage of the Schedule of Requirements (SoR) items and best value for money.
