This Award Notice relates to the contract for the supply, delivery and installation of an automated dissolution system for the Continuous Manufacturing and Advanced Crystallisation (CMAC) Hub.

This contract has been awarded under Regulation 33.4.(a) of the Public Contract (Scotland) 2015 Regulations as the University has awarded this public contract following the negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice to protect exclusive rights afforded to the contractor. Justification if this intention together with the full details of the intended contract are included further within this notice.

This contract has been entered into with Sotax Ltd. It is a contract for supply of a fully automated system to support Continuous Manufacturing and Advanced Crystallisation (CMAC) Hub extensive research programme and partnerships with industrial pharmaceutical partners, as an internationally leading research centre.
