Coverage: 219 active published awards; 219 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The Council currently sources support at home services through its Support at Home (Home Support and Supported Living) Framework (SW/035/18) and the Scotland Excel Flexible Framework for Care & Support (1318) (the existing frameworks). This supplementary framework is designed to complement these routes. It may be used where there remains a level of unmet demand after attempts to source packages of care from the existing frameworks have been unsuccessful. Therefore participation in this supplementary framework is limited to providers who are not on the existing frameworks.
The service covers both long and short term support needs and may include personal care, domestic support, housing support, social and emotional support as well as providing support to families and carers.
