The app will also flag ‘jobs’ that have passed the deadline for necessary follow up action. \nThe Service Quality Regime (SQR) is critical to maintaining the condition of at station and on board assets with periodic inspections carried out, which audit the customer facing touchpoints across the network and onboard all our fleet. The Time to Fix (TTF) is then recorded and measured.",
