Published requirement descriptionThis proposal for Sports, Fitness and Play Equipment is a retender of the previous CPC Sports, Fitness and Gym Equipment framework. This iteration has an extended offering including playground and outdoor gym equipment amongst sports equipment and gym equipment.
Any resulting framework from this exercise will be available to all further education institutions, universities, sixth forms, academies, schools, museums and other similar organisations who are CPC members www.thecpc.ac.uk/members/regions.php ↗ and all future members www.gov.uk/guidance/get-informa… ↗. Local Authorities may also wish to use the resulting framework when procuring on behalf of Educational Establishments. The scope for LOT 1 includes the provision of all manner of sport related products. It is expected that suppliers appointed onto this lot will be able to offer some (but they are not expected to provide all) of the following scope, however the list is not exhaustive:

- Accessories (stopwatches, bibs, cones etc)

- Review procedure
The Contracting Authority will incorporate a minimum of a ten calendar day standstill period at the point that information on the award of contract is communicated to tenderers. If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved then the Public Contract Regulations 2015, provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm, by breach of the rules to take action in the High Court.
