    • 1. Referral, Contact the client within 2 working days of receiving a referral in 95% of cases and 5 working days in 100% cases.
    • 2. Appointment, Offer an assessment appointment within 14 days for 95% of cases and 28 days for 99% of cases.
    • 3. Assessment Report, Produce an assessment report in the majority of instances within 5 working days in 95% cases and no more than 10 days after assessment in 100% of cases.
    • 4. Feedback, Collect feedback from clients accessing services about areas including accessibility, booking process, timelines and the experience of the assessment and share with PSU, on a quarterly basis at the very least.
    • 5. Final Report, Produce a copy of this end of coaching report should be sent to the client and the PSU within 5 working days of completion of the final session.
