Coverage: 17 active published awards; 12 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The Science Division (SD) based at HSE's Science and Research Centre (HSE-SRC) invites competitive quotations for the supply of specialist conversions for two of their assets located at Harpur Hill, Buxton SK17 9JN. As part of our operational requirements, HSE-SD is seeking the services of a specialist vehicle conversion company to carry out the upgrade and modification of two currently factory-fitted vehicles for compliance with our operation in the explosives transportation sector. These vehicles are critical to our operations and must be fully compliant with the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) when converted to meet EX/III certification. This conversion is essential to ensure the safe and legal transportation of explosive materials, in accordance with the latest ADR standards and national regulatory requirements. The required conversions must meet all technical and safety requirements specific to EX/III classification, including fire compliant bodywork, electrical system modifications, and appropriate safety installations. The successful contractor must demonstrate proven expertise in EX/III vehicle conversions and have a thorough understanding of the relevant technical, safety, and compliance standards.
