North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is working for and on behalf of NHS Lancashire & South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (the Relevant Authority) who intend to follow the Most Suitable Provider (MSP) process to award a contract for the provision of a Special Allocation Scheme Service.
This service specification outlines the requirements for delivering a Special Allocation Scheme Service across the following areas as one contract:

Blackburn & Darwen
