Published requirement descriptionComprehensive Hard Facilities Management (Hard FM) services for both corporate and
domestic properties.
Hard FM providers are required to cover a wide range of facilities management requirements,
tailored to meet the diverse needs of SMBC's corporate and domestic properties:
Corporate Properties:
Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance: Reliable upkeep of electrical and mechanical
systems to support SMBC business operations.

HVAC Systems: Maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for a
comfortable workplace.
