Coverage: 1 active published awards; 1 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Capital City Partnership ("CCP") requires suppliers to provide an integrated Management Information System ("MIS") for employability across the Edinburgh and South East Scotland City Regional Deal ("ESES CRD") area. This is part of the Integrated Regional Employability and Skills ("IRES") Programme. The new system across the six Local Authorities ("LAs") will enable the more effective pooling, analysis, and dissemination of information that will be critical to driving service improvement, increased responsiveness, and reinforce a person-centred approach in delivery. In addition to CCP, additional organisations working in employability will need to be incorporated to create a truly joined up regional employability offering across the ESES CRD area. To facilitate this multi-year, multi-phase project which is moving forward in unprecedented times following COVID-19, CCP are looking to commission a software partner for the next four years of the IKS project.
