The service will aim to seek to maximise individuals independent living skills, develop their confidence and ability to become active citizens in their community and support them to fulfil their own aspirations and outcomes. Additional information: The estimated contract value is for the full contract period including extension options. The contract period includes an initial period of 3 years with the options to extend for a period of 24months.
