Small Project Work (Runway 0)

This qualification system has been established to provide the opportunity for contractors to express their interest in providing small project works for Thames Water Utilities Limited (Thames Water). Small Project Work is defined as civils repairs and maintenance of Thames Water's water and wastewater sites. The intent is that the qualification system will be used primarily as a shortlist for below threshold contracting outside of the Utilities Contract Regulations regime and works contracts are expected to typically be below £250k in value. Thresholds remain subject to review. Contractors are invited to apply for categories of works as identified against the category as "Works" as detailed within the system. Thames Water will not be liable for the contractors' costs of responding to this Notice or to any subsequent qualification or tender document or other stages of any procurement process. Thames Water does not permit duplicate organisation registrations within the portal used for the qualification system. Although the register will be indefinitely open, to be included in the first phase of projects/works, you will need to have applied and submitted a completed survey response by noon on 2nd November 2022. Thames Water gives no guarantee of tendering opportunities nor the volumes or value of works being awarded via the qualification system.
