Coverage: 29 active published awards; 29 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Shared Lives Carers offer care and support in their own home. This may take the form of regular visits, short periods of support or the individual who needs care and support may live with a Shared Lives Carer. Shared Lives services have the potential to help Norfolk County Council meet requirements placed on local authorities under the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012. Shared Lives offers a proven and cost effective way of augmenting the recruitment and retention of care staff elsewhere in the social care system.
