United Utilities is looking to procure Gearbox Repair Services. By undertaking pre market research, the Company can then evaluate the current market capability.
Scope of Services to include but not limited to:
- Initial visit to site
- Provision of strip and reports to determine the reasons for equipment failure
- Loading of gearboxes onto the transport and the transport of the gearbox to the place of repair if not in-situ
- Cleaning of equipment
- Repair services
- Provision of re-engineered parts
- Installation & removal of gearboxes and associated equipment
- Inspection and Testing
- Repair, reassembly
- Commissioning of equipment.
- Provision of documentation and certification in accordance with the terms of this Technical Specification
