Proposed Procurement will be for an Engineering Resources DPS split across two lots Lot 1 Engineering Resources Resource orders & project based works packages Resource order for single or multi resources, requirement to cover multiple engineering disciplines. List to be finalised during Tender Pack development, currently expected to include h) Process Engineering i) Mechanical Engineering j) Electrical Engineering k) Civil Engineering l) Hydraulic Modelling m) Geotechnical Engineering n) Asset Information or BIM Vendors will be able to join this lot by showing evidence of resource & expertise in the listed fields, and submit cross-discipline experience or expertise Lot 2 Programme Management & Commercial Resources Resource order for single or multi resources, requirement to cover multiple engineering disciplines. List to be finalised during Tender Pack development, currently expected to include i) Programme Manager j) Project Manager (construction) k) Construction Supervisor l) 3rd Party Advisor m) Project Controller n) Quantity Surveyor o) Contract Formulator p) Contract Manager Vendors will be able to join this lot by showing evidence of resource & expertise in the listed fields, and submit cross-discipline experience or expertise • Both lots are for Service provisions. • Technical requirements (qualification/experience) will be listed by each specific discipline.
