ServiceNow RBAC Improvements — UK public procurement notice

TThe ServiceNow RBAC Improvements Phase 1 Project will deliver security remediation activities to support the uplift of the Sellafield ServiceNow platform security classification from OFFICIAL to OFFICIAL-SENSITIVE. This security enhancement is a key prerequisite for the implementation and operational deployment of the Security Incident Response capability within the ServiceNow Security Operations module.

The scope of services includes project management, governance, solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, and associated assurance activities to enhance Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) across the ServiceNow platform. The project will strengthen access management controls, improve compliance with security requirements, and enable the secure handling of OFFICIAL-SENSITIVE information within the ServiceNow environment.
