What is being bought
The Authority has a requirement to provide a web-based spend analysis tool and other associated tools currently known as the “Scottish Procurement Information Hub”.
The Hub will be available to Scottish public sector bodies and organisations including the Scottish Government, Local Authorities, NHS Scotland and Higher and Further Education.

This is to preserve the integrity of spend data provided by the Hub to all public sector organisations and continue to meet commitments to regularly publishing accurate data. Additional information: Due to COVID-19 staff were diverted to assist in other projects related to the response to the pandemic.
