Coverage: 3 active published awards; 3 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

This service combines comprehensive data on ships, owners, shipbuilders, fixtures, casualties, port state control, ISM, real-time vessel movements and ports information into a single application. There are limited service like this available and a single tender is required as the HIS Markit SeaWeb service is the most comprehensive and up to date service available. S&P Global Justification - The single tender is for 2 services: • SeaWeb data Service COMPASS API. This takes a direct feed from SeaWeb into the MAIB Case Management system and allows users to easily populate vessel and company information relating to an investigation. • SeaWeb Online Subscription 1 login with up to 5 users. This is a single shared login to the SeaWeb website via a web browser. This is used by all staff to search for relevant information regarding a vessel, it’s owner and other associated information regarding the management of a vessel. Without access to this information, it has a potential to delay our investigations.
