Published requirement descriptionTo develop a strategic estate framework for Rotherham that:
- Enables integrated community- based care aligned with the NHS 10-year plan
- Supports the delivery of Rotherham's Neighbourhood Health and Wellbeing model
- Optimises estate utilisation across Rotherham's health, care and voluntary sector partners
- Facilitates transformation, sustainability, and equity in service delivery across the borough.
The scope of this procurement allows for additional works required within the 6 months following contract expiry, if budget provision exists, the Council will be able to vary this agreement to include the additional works required up to a total aggregated sum of £100,000.
