Coverage: 2 active published awards; 2 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

- Lot 1 · #1Individual lot title not publishedplannedPublished valueNot publishedTo facilitate legal deposit of electronic serial publications, the British Library outsources the transformation and supply of high quality metadata and content for a certain set of publishers. We are looking for a service to cover aggregated supply and management of normalised metadata and content from as wide a range of publishers as possible. The service requires supply of both electronic serial article content files and associated metadata supplied on a weekly basis, packaged to the BL’s requirement. The supplier would be expected to carry out normalization on the metadata and transfer without alteration the content that is to be delivered to the British Library, to ensure the content can be ingested in to the current BL ingest process with very minimal manual handling or load errors.
