Coverage: 20 active published awards; 18 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

- Lot 1 · #1Individual lot title not publishedplannedPublished valueNot publishedNCC is seeking expressions of interest from providers who have capacity in the market and who could offer flexible and innovative solutions to providing additional capacity. We wish to commission bed provision across Norfolk, to support all three Norfolk acute hospital systems and in particular hospital discharge. NCC wish to engage with providers who could offer Winter Capacity Beds using flexibility and innovation as appropriate, to provide a service to individuals discharged from hospital, who require a short term period of care and further assessment. As NCC is seeking to commission additional Short Term Bed capacity, providers will need to be appropriately CQC registered. If a provider can provide Enhanced provision, they will need to be appropriately CQC registered for Dementia. The vast majority of referrals into these beds would be to support hospital discharges. However, some individuals may require urgent/unplanned respite. NCC will support to facilitate the Discharge Process into residential settings, to help ensure admissions can take place quickly once identified and a dedicated operational team is in place to support individuals to move on from short term beds. Contract Requirements 1. All referrals to Winter Capacity beds will be made through NCC's Brokerage Service. 2. Providers must be able to support quick hospital discharge. 3. Winter Capacity beds will only be commissioned until 31 March 2021 unless an extension period is agreed by both parties. 4. Additional requirement - NCC are also seeking to commission bed based provision to support individuals who are COVID 19 positive. If you would be interested in the above opportunity and have availability within your service, please contact integratedcommissioners@norfolk.gov.uk (stating 'FAO Accommodation Commissioning Team' in the subject line) to ask further questions/to submit an expression of interest as soon as possible. A commissioner will follow up a detailed conversation with you. Thank you for your interest.
