Published justification: This agreement is for the repairs and maintenance of the Council's operational estate including the Manchester Town Hall. The refurbishment of the Town Hall has had urgent and unforeseen challenges which in turn have impacted the refurbishment timetable and when the Council is in a position to go out to market.
This agreement is for up to 2 years.
