Published requirement descriptionThis Prior Information Notice (PIN) is being published by Scotland Excel for the purposes of informing potential service providers of the upcoming opportunity to join the Flexible Framework for Social Care Agency Workers (2017). This Flexible Framework was established on particular terms and conditions on the basis of Regulation 76(8) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 and provides for the admission of new entrants to the Flexible Framework during its term.
