Lot awarding rule: MANDATORY SUBMITTALS As part of the proposal, the following items shall be submitted by the contractor: • Detailed project schedule showing work phasing and proposed daily work. • Materials and manufacturer’s product data sheets (MDS) for the proposed project and products to be utilized for this project. • Site Safety Plan – This plan/document describes the procedures the contractor will utilize to keep his/her employees safe. • Contractor’s License Certificate for this specific Statement of Work • Contractor Warranty Letter (to be submitted with proposal) • Name, position title, and experience of the Contractor’s Point of Contact (POC) who will be responsible for the daily work progress. • Past projects related to this Statement of Work
