Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 4 active published awards; 4 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Merseytravel have a delivery schedule from Stadler for the new fleet of class 777 Electric Multiple Units (EMU’s) and will be introducing these in due course. As a result there will be new and existing trains on the network at the same time. The Merseyrail network is a 3rd rail network and there is a limit on how many trains can be stabled and operated without affecting the day to day service of the operation. On time removal of the existing fleet is essential as new units will be arriving on a frequent basis. For information the network capacity has been capped at 68 units (existing and new). There will be 57 or 58 3-car units to be moved consisting of a combination of class 507 and 508 EMU’s.
