Published requirement description

CPI is a trusted partner of industry, academia, government, and the investment community. We're the catalyst for delivering smart Health Tech, materials, defence, pharma, AgriFood Tech and energy storage innovations. As part of the High Value Manufacturing Catapult, we facilitate access to world-class organisations to deliver transformation across industries.

Within our MedTech/HealthTech/Pharma portfolio, CPI is developing capability and solutions such as software-enabled and AI-driven medical technologies. CPI requires expert regulatory and quality support to develop and update its Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality management system (QMS) documentation, provide training, and provide additional services such as providing feedback on strategy plans and assumptions for project proposals. This specification sets out the requirement for a Regulatory/Quality consultant to deliver this work.

Published description of the framework

CPI will establish a Single supplier framework agreement, against which we will reserve the right to direct award without further competition.

Suppliers will be in a ranked order of 1st, 2nd and 3rd etc. according to their scores against the evaluation criteria set out below. Pricing should be held throughout the duration of the framework.

As and when we require goods we will confirm our requirements with the preferred (ranked 1st) supplier and place a Purchase Order. In the event that the 1st placed supplier cannot provide the goods required or meet the delivery timescale, or unable to meet our requirements, CPI reserves the right to award outside of this framework.
