Scope of Works
At both sites, this includes stripping out existing cubicles, basins, showers, plumbing, tiles, and fittings, returning to the existing building shell. Installation of indoor public showers (payment and timer operated). New plumbing, ventilation, lighting, and drainage connections. The Broads Authority wants to refurbish using low-water fittings, motion sensors, LED lighting and a modern, robust design.

This PME process requests that suppliers include details of relevant projects they have completed, along with an estimate of costs and timescales for completion.
