This procurement will take the form of a Restricted Procedure under the Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations (DSPCR) 2011. If you wish to participate and view the Invitation to Tender documents, please register on Jaggaer and agree to the terms and conditions of the Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement. Following this, please read the High Level Instructions to Tender attached and respond to the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire by 12 noon on the 24th October 2022. Bidders who pass the pre-qualification stage will be notified and sent the tender documents.
