No tenders were submitted in response to the open procedure procedure procurement exercise and the Contracting Authority has therefore awarded this contract by a negotiated procedure without prior publication pursuant to regulation 32(2)(a) of the Public Contracts Regulation 2015 (as amended).
Publisher note: The contract is for the benefit of the contracting authority and NHS bodies along with any other non-NHS bodies which are necessary for the delivery of services or goods to NHS bodies, local authorities, other government departments and their executive agencies or non-departmental public bodies charged with the delivery of healthcare or health related services in the United Kingdom, Crown Dependencies and British Overseas Territories including, without limitation, the National Assembly for Wales, the Northern Ireland Assembly, and Scottish Ministers. The resulting products delivered against the contract(s) may be made available to the UK devolved administrations, Crown Dependencies and British Overseas Territories to undertake their respective vaccination programmes.<br/>Whilst initially this procurement was run as an open procedure under regulation 27 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended), no tenders were submitted in response to the open procedure, and the contracting authority has subsequently awarded this contract by a negotiated procedure without prior publication pursuant to regulation 32(2)(a) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended).
