The full service specification is for a minimum of 30 beds.<br/><br/>Key Criteria:<br/>1. The provider organisation has the required capability (experience, expertise etc.) and space/premises to deliver the required service in line with the specification.<br/><br/>2. The provider can fulfill the full requirements of the service specification within the financial envelope of the contract.<br/><br/>3. The provider is committed to working with partners in the local health system e.g. QEH, Home First Hub, Virtual Ward etc. to support discharge and enhance patient care.<br/><br/>4. The provider has employment procedures and policies in line with NHS requirements, providing fair terms and conditions which support equality or opportunity within the workforce and supports a diverse workforce.<br/><br/>5.
