What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionThe University of East Anglia (UEA) requires a Retail Supply Partnership for the provision of convenience goods and associated services for the campus shop, including supply of product, logistics, EPOS (including back office functionality), and configuration/business support.
The University is not considering franchise options for this opportunity.
- How the procedure runs: The Authority is conducting a multi-stage Competitive Flexible Procedure in accordance with Section 20 of the Procurement Act 2023. Stage 1 will comprise of a Procurement-Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) together with a qualitative questionnaire and commercial proposal, which will be used to identify x2 shortlisted suppliers for progression to a 2nd stage. Stage 2 will identify the successful participant following evaluation of their ability to meet further project specific and commercial criteria.
