Published requirement descriptionNHS England (formerly known as Health Education) East of England has invested in six Higher Education Institutions, to maximise utilisation of academic expertise in the adoption and uptake of emergent Integrated Care Systems, working as Anchor Institutions.
Integrated Care Systems are driven by the largest legislative changes introduced by NHS England, who have established 42 Integrated Care Boards across England, from 1st July 2022 in line with its duty in the Health and Care Act 2022
The overarching objective is to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the facilitation of ANCHOR Institutes across the east of England

The University will incorporate a minimum of 10 calendar days standstill period at the point the information on the award of contract is communicated to tenderers. If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved, then the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by breach of the rules to take action in the High Court. Any such action must be brought promptly and within the limitation period described in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
