Published requirement descriptionUnited Utilities has a requirement to procure 38 HGV's to support AMP 8 activities and beyond. This purchase will be called off under PRO004871 Lot 1 HGV Chassis Framework
The contract will consist of both rigid and tractor units & the value is £4.62m.
- How the procedure runs: This procurement will be conducted using the Competitive Flexible Procedure as defined under Section 20(2)(b) of the Procurement Act 2023. This procedure allows for a bespoke, multi-stage process tailored to the nature of the requirement and market conditions. The following stages will be undertaken: Conditions of Participation Questionnaire (CoPQ ) Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) Negotiation/Dialogue Stage Best and Final Offer (BAFO) Contract Award
