Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 1 active published awards; 1 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Cumberland Council has awarded a Call-Off Contract via a Direct Award under Lot 6 of the ESPO Framework (364) for Stairlifts, Steplifts, Vertical Through-floor Lifts and Hoists to Prism UK Ltd to supply and install ceiling track hoists. The maximum contract value under this Direct Award Call-Off Contract will be for £100,000 and this will be solely for the supply and installation of ceiling track hoists, under warranty (including service, maintenance and testing) intended for use in a domestic setting by persons with impaired mobility. The contract term is 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2027. Details of expenditure and extension periods are indicative only. The Council is currently in the process of transforming the Community Equipment Service alongside any externally commissioned Equipment Services to make sure we have a streamlined Equipment Service available across the Cumberland footprint. The purchase of additional Ceiling Track Hoists will allow people to remain in their own home, improving their health and wellbeing.
