Cambridgeshire County Council is setting up access for 4 Analysts (both Public Health Intelligence and Adult Social Care) to our population's linked health, care and wider determinants anonymised patient level data held in the DSCRO environment for the first time. We want to use this linked data effectively to produce robust analysis on the patterns, risks and drivers of poor health and health inequalities within our population.
What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionCambridgeshire County Council is setting up access for 4 Analysts (both Public Health Intelligence and Adult Social Care) to our population's linked health, care and wider determinants anonymised patient level data held in the DSCRO environment for the first time. We want to use this linked data effectively to produce robust analysis on the patterns, risks and drivers of poor health and health inequalities within our population. We require a provider that can deliver both actionable insight that drives improvement work and tackles inequalities in health, and also upskill the capabilities of our PHI Analysts to embed Population Health Management (PHM) approaches in our work.
Note: it is essential that providers have a DSCRO environment connection in place at the time of application.

- Quality: Please note that it is essential that providers have a DSCRO environment connection in place at the time of application. This will be a pass fail element in this tender due to the limited timeframe of the contract and lack of set up period.

- Price carries 40 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 4 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
