Coverage: 9 active published awards; 9 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

The Council are seeking input from the market to assist in the development of the Invitation to Tender for the provision of toxicology services. SERVICE REQUIREMENT Currently DTTO test for a basic range of drugs which includes methadone, buprenorphine, 6-MAM, opiates, cocaine, benzodiazepines, with additional options to test for amphetamines. We would also like the option to be able to test for etizolam. The full service will include the delivery of the testing kits, staff training, sample testing, results reporting, sample confirmation to forensic standard. An appointed account manager, helpline, and quarterly service meetings. The frequency of drug testing is determined by the court. At the start of a DTTO the expectation is that the service user will be drug tested a minimum of twice weekly, and by the end of the order the minimum frequency of drug testing would be one scheduled and one random test per month.
