What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionCrisis management support to ensure robust preparedness, effective response, and continuous improvement in handling potential crisis events. To include quarterly horizon scanning briefings on crisis risks relevant to sectors like financial services and government, and the delivery of two crisis management drill exercises per contract year. Each drill must be supported by a detailed project plan, example assets, and thorough post-exercise debriefs and reports. In the event of a real-life crisis, the vendor must provide facilitation and coordination support to the Crisis Management Team, along with examples of similar services provided elsewhere. Finally, dedicated account management is required, with a single point of contact and monthly review meetings to ensure effective delivery across all service areas.

- Experience: Please provide a case studies (minimum of one, maximum of three) for how you have provided Crisis Management services to customers.
- Approach to Project: Please provide your approach for delivering the requirements and how you would work with Nest including: • how you intend to resource this requirement (one person vs a pool) • lead time from request of resource to them being available • biographies of individual(s) • How you would support the current internal CM planning team • Inputs you require from Nest to execute the delivery of the services • How you would identify weaknesses in Nest’s current CM approach and capability and support us to address these • How you support Nest to build its organisational CM awareness and capability • How you would benchmark our CM capability against other organisations • Within the maximum budget, which is stipulated, how you would approach and structure the delivery of the services for each of the six core areas across years 1 and 2.
- Costs and financials: Please provide a cost for the provision of the services set out in the core requirements. Prices submitted should be in pound sterling, include expenses and be exclusive of VAT.
- Price carries 20 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 2 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
