Published requirement descriptionThe purpose of this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is to invite tenders for the provision of Sheriff Officer Services, to cover the period from 1 February 2023 to 31 January 2027 with the option to extend for up to twelve months (12) months in accordance with the requirements detailed in this document.
Tenderers are invited to submit a tender in accordance with the instructions detailed in this document (the “Response”).

Any Sheriff Officers & Messengers-at-Arms who are utilised by the Tenderer to implement diligence and collect debt on behalf of the Council must hold a commission to operate in the Sheriffdom of Grampian, Highland and Islands.
Notification of any personnel changes must be notified to the Council within 2 weeks of the change taking effect.
