"description": "NHS Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (GICB) seeks expressions of interest from suitably qualified organisations that have the necessary capability and capacity to provide Sexual Assault and Abuse Therapies Services for Adults (18 and over) and Children under 9 (0-8-year-olds) in Gloucestershire.\nThe provision is offered on the basis of the following Lots:\nLot 1 - Sexual Assault and Abuse Therapeutic Services for Adults (18 and over)\nLot 2 - Sexual Assault and Abuse Therapeutic Services for Children under 9 (0-8-year-olds)\nProviders can bid for:\n\tEither of the Lots individually, or\n\tBoth Lots.\nNHS Gloucestershire ICB is seeking to enter into contracts with the preferred bidder(s) for an initial period of 3-years, with an option to extend for a further 2-year period, to commence on 1 August 2025.\nNHS Gloucestershire ICB expects that the service provided will represent value for money. \nThe successful bidder for Lot 1 (Adults) will receive the following annual values over the life of the contract:\nYear 1 - £185,500\nYear 2 - £148,000\nYear 3 - £148,000\nYear 4 (Extension Option) - £148,000\nYear 5 (Extension Option) - £148,000\nThe successful bidder for Lot 2 (Under 9 (0-8-year-olds)) will receive an annual contract value of £30,000 for the contract period (including the 2-year extension option).\nBidders unable to provide the services within the cost envelopes detailed above will be excluded from this procurement.\nOrganisations interested in providing this service should request associated Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation by contacting Paul Wilkinson, Senior Procurement Manager, NHS Gloucestershire ICB at paul.wilkinson2@nhs.net no later than 5pm Friday 28 February 2025.
