- The contract includes two extension options of up to 12 months each. Any decision to exercise these extensions will be informed by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office’s (FCDO) Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) Strategy, which sets the overarching direction for digital transformation, including the future design of the network architecture.

- The contract value may be increased by up to an additional £75,922.00 excluding VAT (£91,106.40 including 20% VAT) over the life of the contract, including any extension period(s). This would bring the total potential contract value to £115,733.00 excluding VAT (£138,879.60 including 20% VAT). Any decision to extend the contract will be subject to alignment with the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office’s (FCDO) Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) Strategy.
