NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative, on behalf of NHS Procurement in Partnership (four NHS Collaborative Procurement Hubs) is utilising e-tendering to manage this project for both pre-procurement / marketplace engagement communication and activity with Suppliers as well as any tender process which may follow this early engagement. NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative reserves the right to use an electronic auction and the e-Sourcing system we will use is Atamis. Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued to Suppliers and all communications with exception of the Engagement and Information Exercise Questionnaire will be conducted via Atamis. Any resulting procurement documentation will be published on the same procurement portal to ensure minimal supplier registration.
