Provision of International Maritime Surveillance Services for the Marine Management Organisation to identify inshore and offshore threats to the marine environment

Marine Management Organisation requires a single service provider for the provision of international maritime surveillance services for the Marine Management Organisation to identify inshore and offshore threats to the marine environment this will include the<br/>the provision and subsequent analysis of imagery taken of marine zones. This may include marine zones around c.10 British overseas territories. Currently images are provided using satellite technology. <br/>Purpose of service is to assist monitoring, control and surveillance of vessels engaged in illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing. Additional information: This will be an open procedure tender.<br/><br/>Contract will be offered for an initial two years with option to extend in 2 x 12 months periods. Estimated value is for the two year period.<br/><br/>Contract will work on a call-off basis, with effect from 1 August 2024.<br/><br/>A two week hand-over period may be required with the existing contract supplier, prior to start of new contract.
