The service also known as Domiciliary Care will involve the delivery of person-centred care within the home. This will include the delivery of practical, personal, social and emotional support which will allow Service Users to lead a full qualitative life. The provision will be for adults (18 years or over) and will include support with personal care, nutrition, hydration & medication, and access to information on health-related matters.
