What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionBlackpool Council is seeking to put in place longer term arrangements with Providers of Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) schemes for benefits-eligible free school meal children, aged 4-16, who are in school, and other vulnerable children, aged 4-16, as defined by the Authority. This Framework is being created to purchase places and schemes to create a consortium of Providers that meet the Department for Education (DfE ) and Blackpool Councils' requirements for the HAF Programme.

Published description of the framework
- The Authority reserves the right to appoint any number of suppliers, there will be no maximum, who meet all mandatory requirements within the Tender Return Document and submit all requested documentation.
- Appointment will be based on compliance with the specification and responses to the method statements within the Appendix C Tender Return Document.
Volumes of Work and allocation of work
- Work will be allocated by direct award, geographically and based on the needs within each ward of Blackpool.
Price for the sessions wil be a fixed fee
