Coverage: 0 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Planning and rationale
Planning budgetNot published |
No-engagement rationaleNot published |
Procedure rationaleNo other reasonable alternative exists for this procurement and this service is critical to patient care and service delivery. The replacement of which would require infrastructure, ICT and extensive validation work that would result in significant disruption and disproportionate technical difficulties that would impact on the Trusts ability to deliver services. The absence of competition is not a result of the artificial narrowing of the parameters of the procurement. This is an interim measure as contract implementation is currently being progressed. The wider market was consulted when the ALMS tender was progressed. |
